Larissa van der Laan, the face behind ANDA Design, is a German/Dutch scientist and artist. She draws inspiration from windy fjords, anything snow covered, humans, wildlife and her research. She tells the stories of individuals, blending portraits with the colours and landscapes of her subjects' origins, spirits or desires. Her main mediums are watercolour and fineliner, enjoying the contrast between the flow and harshness of the two.
