  • Q: How to track my order

    A: You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. In case you have registered on our platform, please check your order status.

  • Q: How to cancel my order

    A: If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please email us immediately: orders@verve.gallery. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order.

  • Q: How to return my order

    A: Please email us: orders@verve.gallery and we will get back to you with instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected. We cannot offer returns of custom made items unless the item is defective.

  • Q: Can I order art prints with my own dimensions

    A: Posters are available in the dimensions shown on the website. In case you would like to have different dimensions, please contact our customer service: hello@verve.gallery.

  • Q: What should I do if a product is damaged or incorrect

    A: In you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email the following information to orders@verve.gallery: - Email address that you used when placing the order - Order number - Customer name - Product name and specificaton - Photo of damaged or incorrect item. Our customer service team will get back to you shortly.

  • Q: When and how I will receive my refund

    A: We will make your refund as soon as possible. We must have received your order return or a mailing receipt before we can issue a refund. If you paid for your order with a card, your refund will be issued back to the same card. If you paid via Paypal, we refer you to them for more information.
